A YOUNG woman was stunned after a flight compensation company demanded more than £100 off her despite not winning a penny due to an admin blunder.Sophie Freeman, 24, filled out a claim with FlightDelays after her Norwegian Airways flight from Berlin to London was cancelled in March.The advertising producer, from London, also put in a claim with the airline directly and received £566 in compensation from Norwegian one month later.Both Sophie and her boyfriend, Charlie Hudson, 24, were reimbursed for flights, a hotel and food.Despite putting in a claim with FlightDelays, Sophie had not entered the correct details and the company were unable to speak to the airline on her behalf.
